Propp has integrated the Nivo white-labelled app that facilitates ID verification, secure document exchange and messaging technology to make it quicker, easier and more secure for clients to submit applications for specialist finance.

Propp long did away with pen and paper transactions, but this integration represents the next leap forward by removing the clunky process of manual document exchange and ID verification for their customers.

Benjamin Larkin, Chief Technology Officer said, “customers expect transactions to be quick and painless, which unfortunately is not always the case in the specialist finance space.

We pride ourselves on speed and efficiency, so it was crucial that we integrated a solution that made it quicker and easier for clients to exchange and sign documentation.

Additionally, as a cyber accredited business, we wanted an added layer of security to protect both their business and their clients from risk of fraud and data breaches which Nivo has delivered for us."

Prior to implementing Nivo, it could sometimes take Propp five days to collate all signed documentation, whereas now it takes on average 24 hours.

Peter Williams, CEO said “ultimately, this means we’re able to get funds into our clients' accounts more quickly, which is just one more way we’re able to elevate the standard of the service we provide.

Particularly during this extended period of growth, implementing administrative efficiencies was key; so our team can spend less time organising and chasing documents, and more time driving cases to completion."

The app is completely integrated with Salesforce to create a seamless end-to-end digital processing solution.

On the integration, Damon Williams, Sales Director at Nivo said, “We are delighted to partner with Propp in revolutionising the specialist property finance space. Launching their white-labelled app will allow Propp to streamline ID verification and document exchange, taking it from hours/days to just minutes, therefore, making the application process more efficient for Propp's clients.

We're committed to delivering technology that transforms financial services and this collaboration underscores our dedication to facilitating seamless, secure, and swift financial processes."
