Freedom Finance was able to remove expensive and time-consuming steps in their process because of the extra layer of security that mobile-based ID&V brings, including e-signing capabilities replacing the need to send a courier.

Personal Finance Center
The Personal Finance Centre (TPFC) struggled with customer communication and engagement, along with delays in the speed to return all loan documentation.
Email was previously the main method of communication used, but as we can all appreciate, Financial Services applications can be complex and TPFC were being asked many questions during the complicated process. During this period, they discovered Nivo.
Ultimate Finance’s integration of Nivo has proved a great success. Having joined forces in March 2019 to implement ID&V technology, it is now looking to broaden its use of Nivo solutions into open banking.
United Trust Bank
Implementing Nivo’s ID verification and security checking system brought several immediate benefits to UTB and their mortgage customers. The security checking process was quicker, smoother, and more robust.
With around 96% of applicants choosing to use the app to complete the process, the Bank was able to free up resource equivalent to around 1.5 full-time employees in the Mortgage administration team. The improved efficiency enabled them to increase their volume capability whilst customers saw their application progressing at a faster pace.
CLS converted an increase of 10% more business since using Nivo. This speaks not only to how quickly it speeds things up but also the additional personal touchpoints the CLS team has implemented for their customers, including planting trees at the point of signature and sending birthday messages.
