Andrew is Chief Growth Officer at Freedom Finance and responsible for driving growth across both the fintech’s extensive B2B partnerships and D2C platform, while also seeking out new opportunities for Freedom Finance’s second-charge mortgage broker, Freedom Finance Mortgages Limited (FFML).
Andrew joined Freedom Finance as its Chief Commercial Officer back in 2016 with a clear directive: to grow the business and oversee its digital transformation. Seven years on, the platform is now a B2B powerhouse, providing financial services for major UK brands. FFML’s second-charge mortgage offering is a fundamental part of the platform’s product mix, and it’s a service that constantly receives high praise from customers, lenders, and partners.
Maeve Ward has been director of commercial operations at Central Trust and Mercantile Trust, Norfolk Capital Group’s lending brands, since January 2021.She has over 20 years’ experience in specialist lending and previous roles include managing director of bridging lender, Focused Bridging, and managing director, residential mortgages at Shawbrook Bank.
Maeve passionately believes in helping potential customers who have been ignored by the high street and is an ambassador, not only for the lending brands she represents, but also for the specialist market as a whole.
Shelley has worked in specialist lending for 20+ years – having previously worked for 2 challenger banks where she supported the re-launch of Prestige Finance for OneSavings Bank, and more recently at Masthaven Bank where she was responsible for 1st and 2nd charge Residential and Buy to Let originations.
Shelley joined Spring Finance in February 2023 as Director of Mortgages, and is responsible for lending operations.
Matthew Elliott originally drove Nivo’s spin out from Barclays while in his role as innovation lead, and is now obsessed with making specialist lending faster, safer, and easier by getting everyone off email and on to Verified Identity Messaging.
