What Happens Next

For your customer(s)

1. After a short wait (no more than 1 hour), your customer will receive a SMS

2. When they follow the link they’ll be instructed to download Nivo App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store as applicable

3. Once they download the app they’ll go through a simple registration process

4. They will then be taken to a branded secure instant messaging channel with your firm

5. They will be presented with the checklist

6. As they press through the checklist they will be given actions to complete

7. Where they haven’t completed any tasks they’ll be chased on these every with a friendly reminder

For you

  • After a short wait (no more than 1 working hour), you will receive an email
  • By following the link in the email you will be able to access Nivo Hub (in Google Chrome) where you will be able to see the checklist and conversation with your customer(s)

    NB - your initial password is in the email
  • As the customer(s) complete tasks you will receive email notifications
  • If the customer(s) send you a message you will receive email notifications
  • Once the checklist is complete we’ll email you with a link to Nivo Hub to access the information
  • You’ll also have been SMS’d a link to download Nivo App - from here you can ask us a question at any time and once the checklist is complete we’ll also send the information gathered to you in this channel
  • If you want us to securely submit the checklist data, documentation, evidence and approvals directly to a lender, you can do that by completing the form you’ll have been sent in Nivo App
